Proposal
Civil Engineer + AdminDetailed fee proposal and written scope of work prepared and submitted to client within 2 working days of site visit. - 04
Agreement
Admin & FinanceClient reviews and signs the service agreement. 50% advance payment collected. Project formally registered in NES system. - 05
Execution
Civil Engineer + NetworkDesign drawings, calculations, supervision reports, or valuation reports prepared as per agreed scope and NBC/relevant codes. - 06
Review & QA
QA LeadAll technical outputs reviewed against NEC standards and internal checklists. NEC-certified engineer signs off before delivery. - 07
Delivery & Closeout
Admin & FinanceFinal deliverables handed to client. Balance payment collected. Client feedback documented. Project archived.
